Greetings, you got certificate!

Here is small FAQ, where we will try to reply for common questions:
  • Question:
    How to use certificate?
    Reply:
    Choose the date and connect with us by any option (but better via whatsapp :) ). If date is available, we will be happy to book it for you and do shooting. In case if certificate is for light/standard package, we book it not more then 1 month in advance. For LUX certificates available all dates.

    * Please, don't keep certificate till last date! In case of last moment booking weather may be bad or we may be already booked. Please, write us a bit in advance.

    * Often we have shootings in other countries. In this case may happen that our phone will be unavailable. Please, write whatsapp: there we always online and will reply faster

  • Question:
    Where we can do shooting?
    Reply:
    — By default, we do shootings in Tel Aviv. But it's possible to do shooting anywhere in Israel (info by click) or abroad. Yep, we travel a lot and small shootings are possible during traveling if our dates matched.
  • Question:
    What's included in shooting?
    Reply:
    If it isn't written in certificate, there must be package name. Just write it to us and we will explain everything ;)
  • Question:
    Can I change package/do shooting on the Dead Sea/can you do postproduction faster?
    Reply:
    Yes, in case if you will want, for example, to change package from personal to family, you can pay the difference. Also it's possible to use additional options.
  • Question:
    What else I need to know?
    Reply:
    Please, make reservation responsible. We try to find alternative dates if there is a serious need to change the date, but understand us too: after booking, we make plans based on the shooting and decline other shootings for this date.

    In case of heavy rain or other weather collapses we are trying to find another nearest free date, of course. But because we can't control weather, usually connect to you few hours before shooting and additional one hour before. If it's still bad - we will try to change the date.
